I started recording a Weight Watchers podcast in July of 2020 when I rejoined Weight Watchers. There were times that I recorded an episode every single day and I truly believe my podcast helped me lose the 40lbs. My podcast has always been an audio version until today. TODAY I am branching out and making both an audio version and a video for youtube.
Remember! This is NOT a very structured podcast format. I ramble and chit-chat about aspects of my journey.
