I just got back from New York — the US Open, 20,000 steps a day, a birthday I never took for granted, and a husband who started coming down with something on day one of the trip. Two nights of terrible sleep later, I was staring at a sleep score I don't ever want to see again.

I'm back — and I almost wasn't.

I took the summer off, and I'll be honest with you: I wasn't sure I was coming back to this podcast at all. I've stopped before and started again.
