Darren "Whackhead" Simpson plays the role of an insufferable head of customer relations who turns a simple insurance complaint into comedy gold. What begins as a reasonable call about rising premiums quickly descends into personal attacks about takeout habits, smoking, and even the caller's name. The unsuspecting "Tammy" goes from mild frustration to absolute fury as Darren deliberately pushes every button possible.
