Although we all could say that the last 2 years have some of the hardest we've all endured, I can say that 2022 has been the most difficult for me and yet the most freeing.

I've had more ups and downs this year mentally and emotionally and it's taught me a great deal about rest, the power of "failure" and how important it is for me to trust that I know what's best for me.
