I was writing in my chapter on long-term relationships this past Sunday for my upcoming book, and I got to a section on maintaining frame. The best definition of frame I've ever heard was in Rian Stone's book, "Praxeology: Volume 1 | Frame." I believe Rian got the idea of frame being a tetrahedron from an old MRP post by a guy named strategos_autokrator in his post titled "The Elements of Frame 0 - Introduction" available here: https://theredarchive.com/r/MarriedRedPill/the-elements-of-frame-0-introduction.202103
