I've been around the Etsy game for a long time. I've been selling since 2014 to be exact. I've been around the commerce game even longer, since 2000… So I've learned a few things along the way.. or at least I'd like to think so.

During that time I've failed a bunch, made tons of mistakes, and have also seen many other sellers do the same.

In today's age, I think starting a business or Etsy shop is a little different than years ago. Mainly because we live in the age of social media or social perceptions rather.

This is why I want to do this episode and talk about the dark side of selling on etsy. I don't want to be all doom and gloom, but I do want to set the record straight. I want to ground you so to speak.
