Today we Live streamed an episode for the first time to the London Real Academy. Our guest was Joe Cross, maker of the documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. Part way through the interview we began talking about how to find happiness, and Joe explained how it's really all about finding purpose in your life. His words really resonated with me and have been on my mind all day as I think about MY purpose and how all of YOU are keeping me accountable through London Real.
