Now, speaking of gut: Let's talk about FOOD, baby!
We are making Gut Check Energy Bites!
Here's what you're gonna need:
1 cup dry oats
1 large banana
1/2 dried cranberries
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup shelled salted sunflower seeds
2 Tb flaxseeds
1 Tb honey
1/4 tsp sea salt
Blend everything up in a food processor, roll into balls, throw in the fridge and then go to town!!
And who needs some Energize??
