This episode is for the girl who is going to church, but feels as though she still isn't getting what she needs. The sermon was great, but not applicable to her in this season of her life. In this episode, I shine a light on why we need God and therapy, too. I create a space where guilt is not of service but permission is grated to go see a therapist and still go to church, too. I even tell you the reason why the church mothers are guilt tripping you for even considering sitting on a therapist's couch, and how to deal with the remarks going forward.
