In this weeks episode I spoke to popular beauty blogger, Sinead Kavanagh. After being diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2012 Sinead's whole world was turned upside down. Rather than let her ill health define her and her life, Sinead decided to turn something incredibly negative into something positive and the beautiful truth blog was born. Fast forward to 2019 and Sinead's blog is one of the most popular in Ireland. Her passion for life and positivity radiates from her content and in this weeks episode we covered everything from living with cancer, babies, believing in yourself, inner strength and blogging!
