There are a million things we can worry about. And when your thoughts start to run away from you, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and stuck. Here are three ways to stop worrying before it gets out of control.

I love this passage because it reminds us that it’s actually possible to train our minds not to worry! Instead of listening to negative thoughts and worrying about the same old problems, we can choose to focus on our heavenly Father, who loves us and is always taking care of us.
