Something that I have realised is that there can be a lot of anger that comes up for you in a break up.
And this isn’t an emotion were ever really taught on how to express – if anything were taught to suppress it.
We’re told not to “throw our toys out the pram” or that “were stroppy”
But when coming out of a break up – whether it was your choice or not.
There is anger on things not working out how you thought they should.
How you hoped they would.
You’re angry life isn’t going how you planned.
If coming away from a narcissist your angry at them for how they treat you but also angry at yourself for how much you accepted.
And I’m here to let you know its ok to feel anger.
