More than 9,000 retail stores closed their doors in 2019, and the trend is continuing into 2020 with the recent announcements that Pier 1, Macy's and Forever 21 will join the ranks. Wharton's Adjunct Professor of Marketing Herb Kleinberger joined Dan Loney to talk about this trend, and how AI, the Internet of things and e-commerce will continue to shape the future of retail.
