Center City District Restaurant Week is returning this year from Jan. 15-28, and it’s got a line-up of more than 60 eateries. City Cast Philly host Trenae Nuri chats with Cass Foley, a local food and culture influencer, about navigating two weeks’ worth of delicious meals and plenty of deals.
