In January, we went back to Wellington for a week and got the opportunity to meet with Henrik von Eckermann for the third time.

We wanted to catch up and ask Henrik so many questions about his breathtaking yet bittersweet last season. Breaking the world record and holding the N°1 spot for 31 consecutive months is nothing short of sensational. Looking back on 2024, we wondered how can such an accomplished and goal-oriented athlete deal with success, pressure but also with setbacks, that inevitably occur along the journey?

The road of an athlete is, we already knew it, made of very highs & deep lows and we asked Henrik to comment on this journey.
