In this podcast we're going to talk about how to really audit the last year - Rachel Hollis has to be mentioned as she does a calendar audit that is AWESOME and I got this idea from her podcast! (Go listen!)
When we feel like we're working really hard, but still aren't where we want to be, we need to look at a few different things.
What IS working and lean into this.
What is NOT working, and get out of it.
Then we need to have real clarity on what the goal is, and WHY that's the goal, what does this actually do or impact?
We map out a plan to get there and go ALL IN, then re-evaluate in 6 months.
Go 30 days by 30 days - and day to day to keep trudging forward, but at the same time, chart out what results you're finding, that way you can look back and see where the holes are.
We want to be able to either ADD something in that we're not doing, or SUBTRACT something we are doing!

In this amazing podcast today, I have special guest on - Stacey Paige!
She is going to share her story of what she calls 'the crash' and how she rebuilt her life around what truly makes her happy.
We are going to discuss topics like depleted energy, burn out and why and how that happens.
Stacey's story can help you if you're looking for ways to enjoy your life, how to find peace everyday and truly love your life.
For all intents and purposes, Stacey was successful, but her body told her she can't live like that as she had no real joy... and everything stopped. She couldn't even get out of bed.. the doctors didn't know what was wrong.
She got into Yoga, manifestations, and spiritual practices daily and it changed everything.
She now lives a joyous life, filled with what she loves to do, and she knows how to impact and help others through this!
You can download her free meditation guides here: Staceypaige.com
Take this one day at a time, 5 minutes to start and see how it goes!
There's no telling what you can accomplish if you align your life with your joy.
Focusing on what will MOVE your needle this year
In this episode for you today we're going to be covering topics on goal setting, but how to actually focus on what matters, and getting rid of what doesn't.
The book "10x is better than 2x" by Dan Sullivan is mentioned here!
I want you to be able to listen to this episode, and look at your life, focus on where you want to be this year, but HOW we're going to move in that direction!
You can plug ALL of this into your own state, your own goals and struggles.
We're going to talk about the 80/20 rule.
What is the 20% that you can lean into that really gets you where you want to be?
What is the 80% of noise we could get rid of, and 20% becomes our 100%?

In this episode today, I'm referencing the book by James Clear "Atomic Habits"
We're going to dive into how to focus on your goals, the WHY behind those goals, and what REAL habits you can implement to actually get there.
We can say we have goals, but what are the steps we're going to take everyday?
If we want to change our lives, we have to change.
We must make our habits simple and easy at first, in order for them to become a habit, and habits can build on top of each other.
Listen to the podcast on how!

Happy New Year!!!!
On this podcast we're going to discuss the two words that I'm going to use this year to make another life changing comeback.
For whatever your goals are resolutions are, we must have
- DISCIPLINE AND INTENTIONALITY
Even on the days where our moods and motivation tell us we don't want to do the thing, we have the discipline and intention to do it anyway.
What is your goal this year?
How are you going to set up the year with intention and discipline so that we remember our goal in March... in June... in November?

On this pod today, we're going to go through what Christmas looked like before I was diagnosed bipolar and the progression to today.
There was a time where I had lost all hope and my sense of self... I have been there.
I'm also going to give you a quick message on how to truly trudge forward.
How we must keep putting one foot in front of the other, no matter how hard it seems.

In this episode we're going to be discussing the lies we tell ourselves, and what the TRUTH really is.
I'm not good enough...
I'll never...
I can't...
I should have...
I shoudn't have...
This is all BS. We cannot 'should' ourselves to death, we cannot compare ourselves to anyone else but us.
What we say matters, because what we say, we believe.
We need to reframe the way that we think so we live in the possibility, the solution, the change, the gain.

In this episode we're diving into to the most important questions to ask your psychiatrist.
This could be if you're newly diagnosed, if you're bipolar or if you see a psychiatrist for other reasons.
It is so important to understand the WHY behind our diagnosis, and how to know as much as we can so we can understand to be premeditated.
