Now, for episode 19, we're broadcasting live from the iconic 100 Club in London! Linda, my ever-charismatic companion, shares a dubious perspective on jacuzzis. Ghost-infused, possibly? Surely there's a spectral jest to be found here.
Our live audience will remember this night for its riveting tales from Fate and Fortune, and a series of bone-chilling anecdotes including an innocent walk down a creepy lane, a ghostly shove in an alleyway, a spectral nun, and a mystifying cellar door that refuses to stay closed.
Notably, we reveal a fresh twist from the Erskin court saga. It appears Ruth has adopted a rather old-school courtship approach towards Eric. You won't want to miss out on that.
With spectacular live music from GLOWE, it's an episode that's as entertaining as it is eerie. If you fancy attending one of our 100 Club events, simply visit https://www.wegottickets.com/ and search for Clinton Baptiste.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to

Time Trips and Phantom Tips: Unveiling Liverpool’s Mysteries
Linda has made a grand return and she's secured herself a fancy new role as an administrator. Let's all raise our spectral glasses to that! I did send her flowers in celebration, but they seem to have wandered off up her ginnel. Typical! And if that's not enough drama, she's got some mysterious markings appearing on her arm. Now, who do you think could solve such a riddle? Yes, yours truly, here to proclaim that it's undoubtedly a phantom getting a bit handsy. Spooky proof right on her skin!
This week, we're taking a spectral journey to the land of the Beatles - Liverpool. I absolutely adore the Scousers, but, I must admit, I found myself at the mercy of some rather interesting taxi drivers. I share a tale with Linda about a cabbie who claimed to know some intriguing Beatles stories. And then there was Chris, another cabbie who seemed to know zilch about the haunted spots in Liverpool. Riveting, isn't it?
We dive into a mind-bending time slip story penned by Rob Gandy for Fortune Times. A story set in Liverpool, involving an innocent pedestrian strolling down Bold Street and suddenly tripping into a different time. Extraordinarily eerie! Rob joins us to illuminate the shadowy corners of this tale. And as for Comedian Chris Cairns, who, despite being as clueless as the aforementioned cabbie, believes his mother may have experienced a time slip on the very same street. Now that's a family affair!
Stay spooky, folks!

Greetings, fellow paranormal enthusiasts! In this week's episode, Linda's been busy dealing with her exhibitionist neighbour – seems like not all men are Adonises like yours truly. Also, the spooky hotline has been buzzing like a ghost in a phone booth, and this week, we've received a call from none other than Christopher Lee. A bona fide celebrity spirit!
The paranormal pandemonium continues as we delve into the problem pages of Fate and Fortune magazine. There's a tale of a woman grappling with a difficult decision about surgery. The solution offered by Jane, our resident Agony Aunt? Well, it's a bit of a cop-out, to be honest, but who are we to judge?
Meanwhile, over at Erskine Court, my flat has been transformed into a bizarre love triangle. As Eric comes for a second flat viewing, Ruth welcomes him dressed as a Disney mermaid, complete with a home-cooked omelette! I swear, if I don't get rid of Ruth soon, my flat will remain unsold!
Our guest this week, MJ, shares an eerie tale of a room haunted by a restless spirit in Hull. Instead of running scared, MJ boldly asked the ghost to share the space, and let's just say the outcome was unexpected. This has to be the first time I've heard about a Quaker ghost – do they serve morning porridge, I wonder?
We delve into the world of antiques and the spirits they might house. From my mum's stamp collection to eerie old furniture, we discuss whether the past can indeed linger in objects.
We wrap things up with a couple of legends in the comedy world: Mick Miller and Nipper Thomas. Nipper shares a bone-chilling tale of a derelict monastery haunted by a troubled monk. It's a tale you don't want to miss.
Stay spooky!

Linda's here, a touch crestfallen, having barely survived the gauntlet of a job interview, and a coach tour she took her friend on, viewing the 'majestic' M25 motorway. Talk about a sight for sore eyes.
We chat with Tom Nash, the spectral gatekeeper of the Lake view Bar and Grill, in Lake Windermere. He spins a chilling yarn of child apparitions and their marbles, earning him a respectable 4/10 on the Baptiste Spook-O-Meter. Think you can do better? email me at [email protected].
I catch up with Mike Cox, an ex-bobby with an arresting tale. He recalls a thrilling police chase around an old vicarage, where his sergeant was hot on the spectral tails of some children who disappeared into thin air! You can't make this stuff up, folks!
We then dive headfirst into a phantasmal Stretford Arndale Centre tale from our show's producer, Laurie Peters, featuring an amorous specter talking to Laurie in a shopping centre. Laurie also becomes the victim of what I call a 'spectral smooch'. Laurie goes to number 1 on the Leaderboard.
New story titled 'My Flatmate from Hell'. Kylie's story features a rogue black orb, violent bed-quakes, and nightly drags from the bed!
We dial up DJ Rob Green from Beach-radio.co.uk, whose spectral saga elevates him to the podium position in our leaderboard!
Linda and I also dive into the devilish tactics employed to ditch a less-than-desirable partner.
And to top it off, I dust off my big crystal balls and open my lines to the Clinton Baptiste psychic hotline.
Stay spooky, folks!

Namaste, paranormal enthusiasts! In this episode, we're embarking on a spiritual rollercoaster filled with spectral wonders, mystical creatures and... Wi-Fi?
First things first, I'm proud to say that our Linda has discovered her hidden handywoman talents. She's been wielding her new tools with finesse and has even managed to get her freezer in shipshape, all thanks to the power of YouTube! Let's all give a round of applause for Linda, showing us you don’t need a man to master a power drill.
Unexpectedly, my phone's voicemail has turned into a hotline for the supernaturally curious. I've received a few hair-raising messages, with some people claiming to know more about my personal life than they should. There was even a mention of an advertisement in a local newspaper. Intriguing, isn't it?
In the realm of mythical creatures, we're delving into the chilling tale of the Chupacabra, as told by the Daily Mail. A bloodsucking, wolf-like animal with red eyes, rumoured to drain the life out of cows, alpacas, and even chickens. First sighted in the 1990s in Puerto Rico, this creature's existence remains a mystery.
Our guest, Adam Cairns, adds to the chills with his unnerving account of a haunted venue. Picture a child's laughter echoing through an empty space, and a bottle of beer sliding across the bar on its own. Quite the spectral gathering, wouldn't you say?
My Erskine Court flat welcomes its first house viewer, young Eric. A gamer with a single-minded focus on Wi-Fi bandwidth, Eric gives Ruth and me a run for our money. Speaking of Ruth, she stirs up her usual spectral storm, making the house viewing more of a ghost tour.
Finally, an intriguing email from Peter Beswick takes us to a house haunted by four ghosts: Billy, Paddy, Albert and Mrs. Lawrence. His daughter DJ is their medium, but she's reluctant to share her experiences on the show. Nevertheless, these spectres have earned their place as number 2 on our ghost story leaderboard! See patreon for more (7-day free trial)
Remember, keep exploring the unknown and stay spooky!

In this ghostly gag-filled episode, Linda's back from her Liverpool jaunt, where she swung by John Lennon's house. Sure, but have you had a spectral encounter with Blobby Williams or Tina Turner Tea Lady yet? Steamy windows an' all that.
We delve into the world of 'Sandrea Mosses' and her intriguing new article. Sandrea has the unique ability to converse with heaven's residents. This week, Emma Wilkinson's nan Ivy decides to drop her a celestial line. Ivy's spirits have clearly lifted in the afterlife – she even claims to fly now. Sounded like quite the character!
We catch up with comic and old mate, Justin Moorhouse, during a gig.
Ian Tatley, a 90s estate agent from Leigh near Wigan, shares his eerie experiences with a haunted property. We get the spooky scoop in his own words, described in uncanny estate agent detail.
Linda and I also engage in a spectral exchange with Mark Simmonds from County Durham, sure to give you goosebumps.
We're starting a leaderboard of Spooky Stories – there are plenty of contenders for the top spot. Think you've got a ghost story that could take the crown? Shoot us an email at [email protected].
This week's Fate and Fortune magazine presents, 'My Psychic Journey' (you've got to be kidney-ing me). It's the story of a woman who starts noticing a bizarre pattern linked to her psychic abilities in 2018, particularly involving kidney beans. What could it mean? We reveal all.
Lastly, we discuss the supernatural skills of Texas, the psychic horse, and my dog Miracle, who had a rather unfortunate incident in Manchester recently. This leads Linda to share her own 'crop dusting' adventures (post-pesto consumption), making a swift exit to avoid the 'dealt it' card. A word of caution: you may want to finish your snack before this segment.
Stay spooky, folks!

We kick off this week's spectral journey with Linda suspecting her Mini Cooper may be the latest haunt of late racing legend, James Hunt. A hasty call to the engine experts might just be the key to this automotive apparition.
On a line from the glitzy showbiz world, Steve Cowper - manager of the renowned Mick Miller - shares a chilling tale about a party that abruptly turned ghostly, thanks to his untimely interruption. Steve's story will surely have you thinking twice before gatecrashing a spectral soiree!
My home recording studio comes under financial scrutiny as Mr. Brown dials in with concerns about rates and payments. Seems running a paranormal podcast from my flat isn't as fiscally sound as one might assume.
Then, Ruth drops by, adding her usual supernatural spin to my day. One never knows quite what to expect when Ruth pops round!
We welcome back James Dean Fox, showcasing his unique problem-solving abilities with a paranormal touch. As the pendulum swings, he offers solutions to our listeners' dilemmas in his segment, "Solved by the Paranormal".
Jonny Rex steps into our spectral spotlight with a captivating account of a haunted camping trip. Two ethereal men lurking in the wilderness make for an unforgettable outdoor experience. Join us on Zoom as we delve deeper into this eerie escapade.
We continue to unravel our listeners' peculiar predicaments - from alleged spirit-infested artefacts, like a suspiciously spooky vase purchased from a car boot sale, to issues of broken household items and the unfortunate acquisition of fake theatre tickets. Could sage smudging be the answer to these otherworldly nuisances?
Lastly, don't miss out on a chance to see yours truly, along with Linda, in the flesh! We'll be bringing our paranormal prowess to the prestigious 100 Club in London.
All Sundays. Sept 24th Oct 15th, November 12th. Go to wegottickets.com and look up Clinton Baptiste’s Sunday Séance.

Apparitions, Appetisers and Paranormal Punchlines
In this sizzling post-coronation episode, Linda's been threading kebabs (or as the Americans say, "KeBOBS") like a pro. She's at her mate's house, firing up the BBQ and serving a mouthwatering meat feast. We sink our teeth into a smorgasbord of succulent meaty morsels and even explore my brush with vegetarianism. Not quite paranormal, but you can't beat a well-marinated steak – there's got to be a ghostly joke in there somewhere!
Chat Fate and Fortune features a larger-than-life image of Prince Philip, fully clothed, of course. The spooky story follows a mother and son in Wokingham who both had eerie visions of the late prince. When the royal apparition first appeared to the mother, she swiftly redirected him to her son Colin upstairs. And then, strangely enough, Prince Philip started showing up in their shed!
We delve into the chilling tale of Chris Barber, a graphic designer who wished for something sinister and soon began losing his sight. But when spirits started channeling through him, his artistic abilities took a spooky turn for the better.
More paranormal pandemonium plagues Erskine Court! Ruth and I confront the property management company about the building's haunted drainage. I attempt to explain the issue to Mr. Eversham, but Ruth's adamant that the spectral shenanigans are all Mrs. Stewart's fault – despite the fact that she's already passed away!
We welcome back amateur dramatics actor Jamie Penn, who not only has more spine-tingling stories to share but now even boasts his very own jingle! Just take a gander at his retouched photos as eerie evidence!
Lastly, I chat with James Kilvington about the ghost who dared to materialise in his room when he was just eleven years old. His courageous response? Telling the phantom to 'eff off'!

Well, butter my biscuits and call me Elvis! We've got a supernatural sizzler of an episode for you today, folks!
We roll up the curtain with Linda sharing her own spooky scoop of celebrity spectral shenanigans involving Tina Turner and... David Bowie?! Buckle up, my friends; we're in for a wild ectoplasmic ride!
Poor Linda had a somewhat 'uncomfortable' 4D experience at a screening of 'The Little Mermaid'. Those pesky 4D seats had her bouncing about like a possessed pogo stick. Despite the neck ache and unexpected splash zone, she made it out drier than Ariel herself.
Next, we connect with Dan Baines via the mystical realms of Zoom. Dan, a man with a tale so fantastic it'll make your aura quiver, shares his encounter with a shape-shifting entity on Dartmoor. Who knew a fairy festival and an old woman could lead to a spectral stand-off?
Remember Jayne Deel and her spooky recording? We're revisiting that eerie evidence and uncovering a phantom podcast crasher... yet another whisper from the beyond? Our spectral audio evidence is mounting up, folks!
Our ghostly gossip takes a turn towards the deliciously absurd with a message from a 'bloke from Heaven' courtesy of Sandrea Mosses. Nothing like a celestial chit-chat to brighten up the day.
The chaos at Erskin Court continues as the BBQ wars heat up. Who knew spectral sausage and burger placements could cause such otherworldly outrage?
If you thought we were done, hold on to your hats! Another tale from Fate and Fortune introduces us to Derek, the disembodied voice haunting a kitchen. But hey, we've all had to deal with strange kitchen noises, haven't we?
Paula O'Brien is back, pendulum in hand, ready to divine the answers to life's toughest questions. Today's conundrum? Should a woman holiday with her, erm, challenging relative? The pendulum's decision may shock you!
So sit back, relax, and let the spiritual shenanigans wash over you. Keep those emails, and spectral sightings coming. And remember, to get the full experience, join us over at www.patreon.com/clintonbaptiste. Until then, stay spooky, my friends!

Linda's back, freshly coiffed and ready to tackle the spectral realm, although her Christine McVie hairdo had a bit of a fright and took a trip down the Fleetwood Mac '70s throwback lane, thanks to her personal hair 'sheering' adjustments. However, she looks a solid Benjamin Franklin now!
In this week's spectral mailbag, we sift through some enigmatic listener emails - kind of like ghost whispers but digital and less chilling. One standout entry? Kaz Pritchard's rendition of Hitler's one ball song. It's eerily catchy!
Then we call upon Nick Clarke, who weaves a bone-chilling tale of messing with an ouija board. You know, typical Tuesday night activity! Cue ominous organ music...
Just when you thought this episode couldn't get more paranormally thrilling, enter Mr. Brown of Erskin Court. He's been rattling my cage about using the premises for business. Plus, our old friend Irene...still conversing through her door like a spectral Emily Dickinson, spreading whispers about me. The nerve!
But wait, there's more! We delve into some reader-submitted paranormal happenings. Jayne Deely's white mist and bed-shaking incident conjure up a spectral blend of fright and fascination. Our chat with Jayne via Zoom unravels the enigma of the flying mobile phone and wall-knocking ghost.
And then, the piece de resistance of this episode - a love story for the ages. We discuss an article from Fate and Fortune about a woman who marries a ghost. Yep, you read that right. Her dearly beloved Edwardo, as ethereal as the morning mist.
Closing out this spooktacular episode, comedian David O'Doherty drops by to share a truly creepy tale. Spoiler: it involves a mysterious dead hand at his grandma's house. Hold onto your seats, folks, this one will have you checking under your bed tonight!
