Join me for My Garden Chat tasting Lough Ree Whiskey. Michael Clancy, one of the owners of Lough Ree Distillery, and I had a chat about sending me down a blind tasting pack to try. I invited 3 of my good buddies to my back garden, where we had a great craic blind tasting the samples. Dan Pennington, JP O'Riordan and Paul Costello and I were very impressed. We started off with a glass of Killahora Cider, finished in a whiskey cask. Dan had the BBQ on the go for afters.

Join me for part 2 of my 2nd Birthday Bash Chat.

The 17th March is the anniversary of the podcast. I had 12 invited guests & 80 enthusiasts onto a Zoom party for bit of a chat & craic. We shared rums, potcheens, whiskey, beer, cocktails and new makes, whilst our guests gave us a deeper insight into them.

Paul Costello also treated us to an oul' tune.

Join me for My Walking Tour Chat with Michael Carr, who works with Pearse Lyons Distillery in The Liberties in Dublin. In a previous life, Michel worked with the Powers Whiskey brand and as part of that role, he used to bring enthusiasts on a whiskey walking tour of old Dublin. He kindly agreed to come out of retirement for the day and bring me along the old route.

But before we set off walking, we stayed in Pearse Lyons Distillery for a little while and found out a little more about the Pearse project..
