Sleep. We all want good sleep. For many of us, it’s like this elusive prize we keep hoping to win but keep having it snatched away by little adorable people (our children:), or bad dreams, or night wakings, or panic attacks, or (insert your sleep woes here–thay can be endless).

In this episode,  Taralyn gives 5 specific tips for improving your sleep and explains the next episode, which is her guided meditation for sleep (you’re welcome all her yoga students who have been requesting it for years!).
