Chris and Christian take a call-in question about dispatching work in the service drive. We personally don't condone hiring a dispatcher because adding another person tends to make your process less efficient. Chris likes to have the team leader or the advisors dispatch. Every advisor dispatches to their group of specific techs, and that focus helps them serve their customers better. Eventually electronic dispatch might get good enough, but it typically needs some human intervention.
