Who Would Watch This?

Here, there and everywhere. Except they’ve cut there….and everywhere, so now we only have here, where is here? A room, did many interesting things happen in the room? Eh, no? Not enough to hold up a movie, and the things they do focus on are sad relationships.

Here! Here is a 2024 film which follows a handful of people (and dinosaurs) living in a space/house, all shot from one angle, where the camera doesn’t move. Oscar and Carl watch this classic (soon to be) to figure out who would watch this.

This week, Carl and Oscar waltz into the bizarre, musical mayhem of Joker: Folie à Deux. Joaquin Phoenix returns as Arthur Fleck, now joined by Lady Gaga’s Harley Quinn in a love story that's as twisted as it is theatrical. With bold stylistic swings, dark humor, and an unexpected dose of song and dance, this sequel dares to go where no clown has gone before.

But is it a masterpiece or just madness? Carl and Oscar dissect the performances, the over-the-top musical numbers, and the burning question: Who would watch this? Tune in for laughs, debates, and their best guesses at what Todd Phillips was really trying to say.

Red One asks the question, what if Santa kind of ran a fascist state where they had access to mass surveillance, and were above the law and the UN, and posits that you should support his cops. Red One follow Callum Drift, head of security for Santa, on a mission to find Santa with the help of Jack O’Malley who was the reason he was kidnapped. It’s a gross Christmas movie, with not much Christmas and dicey political views, but Carl and Oscar sit through this holiday slump to figure out who would watch this.

Oscar and Carl really don't talk about the movie that much!

Here is the plot:

Twitches follows twin sisters, Alex and Camryn, who were separated at birth to protect them from an evil force known as The Darkness in their magical homeland, Coventry. Growing up on Earth with no idea they have a twin or magical powers, the two accidentally meet on their 21st birthday. While Alex is a reserved aspiring writer, Camryn is a lively socialite. Shocked by their connection, they soon discover they're witches ("twitches") with the power to save Coventry.

With the help of their protectors, Karsh and Ileana, the twins learn of their true origins and the threat The Darkness poses to their birth mother, Miranda. Although their personalities clash, Alex and Camryn realize their magic is strongest when they work together. In a final showdown, they combine their powers and sisterly bond to defeat the evil force, bringing peace back to their kingdom and fully embracing their destinies.

SO Carl and Oscar don't talk about that but instead ramble around trying to figure out who would watch this.

Oscar and Carl are back from their holiday!

And what does that mean? Current cinema releases, wow, look outside right now, there is probably an Ad for this film. Cutting edge.

Oscar and Carl jump back into the Venom Universe (Marvel would like to remind you, this is not part of their universe) (Sony begs you to forget) to figure out who would watch the last instalment of Venom.
