Can we talk about the coital conundrum that is 69? Some people hate it. Some swear by its mutually inverted bliss. But basically, 69 (or as the French so beautifully say soixante-neuf) is an age-old oral sex position where “as you give, so shall you receive.” Sixty-nine is a group of sex positions in which two people align themselves so that each person's mouth is near the other's genitals and then…they each perform simultaneous oral sex on the other. It’s a lot of give and take. And it can be capital A "awkward" or capital A "amazing". It dates all the way back to the Kama Sutra (where it’s called the congress of the crow…or cow, I can’t remember, but regardless) and was featured in a book called "The Whore's Catechism," which I'm now going to see if Amazon carries. It is THE sex number. Now that 69 is a famous internet meme (and a Southpark joke), any mention of the phrase 69 (i.e. highway 69, 69%, etc.) evokes the wink-wink response of “nice.” What’s your take on 69?
