The value of a business is a function of how well the financial capital and the intellectual capital are managed by the human capital.  

In today's Better Wealth Episode, I had the pleasure to sit down with David Bookbinder, is a Senior Director of Evaluation Services, known as a collaborative adviser, he is a corporate finance executive focusing on business and intellectual property valuation. Listen as David shares his story of being a single dad working for multiple companies to learn the importance of what he calls a companies’ greatest asset called human capital. He is the author of a book that turned into a dramatic play. David describes how he does valuations and metric valuations on how he helps guide people to identify their assets and value.
