This is the time of year when the diet industry absolutely cashes in our your insecurities.

The new year, new you body shame is crazy and unfortunately most people drop off their resolutions and insane diets / detoxes by the 3rd week in January.

SO instead I wanted to share my process and what I've been doing to get my internal health sorted AND lose weight (as that is something I am focused on right now)
