I wanted to get to the root of why kids become bullies. Since it is the start of a new school year, I thought it was the perfect subject.  Today's guest, Joe Constantine, is a life coach from Colorado who specializes in Anti-Bullying. His company,  Breakaway Scores works with kids that suffer with bullying and mental health issues. He is also a survivor of bullying himself, when I saw his bio I had to reach out. 

Joe shared a bit of his own story being bullied so bad as a kid that he turned to Suicide as a way out. He also was being beaten up at home by an older brother. He decided he wanted to live his life trying to help kids that met the same fate and try to make a difference. 

I wanted to have a real conversation about why this is happening so often with kids. Listen as we talk about why kids bully and how we can protect our kids and teach them to deal with it and speak up.
