Richie Brave is joined by 1Xtra Family Fee Mak and CassKidd as they head down to the Brixton Blood Donor centre to go through the process of donating blood. They discourse with the Donor Carers there, what it takes to donate blood and the impact it has on other peoples lives.

Richie will also be getting an update on how Jamaica continues to recover and heal in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa.
