Watching other people succeed can be difficult. Especially if those people are succeeding in the same field you’re in, it’s hard not to see their win as your loss. It’s hard to be excited when you feel like your chances of success just got a little smaller. But this mindset assumes there is a limited amount of success in the world  --and that simply isn’t true! In fact, seeing other people succeed should give us hope that our own success is rapidly approaching. Instead of feeling insecure about the success of others, we should celebrate them. We should be excited that their hard work paid off because they deserve it. And because our hard work will eventually do the same!
