Welcome to our summer interlude segment under Food, Freedom, and Fertility. Host Caitlin Johnson speaks with Kali on working with Caitlin to manage her PCOS symptoms.

Kali is a long time listener of the podcast and has her own unique fertility journey. Kali speaks about binging just about every PCOS podcast out there and when she stumbled on Caitlin's Podcast. Kali said she appreciated Caitlin and Sophia being faith based and liked how close Caitlin gets with her clients.

Kali's fertility story is unique because she was diagnosed with PCOS in high school. She is thankful to have been diagnosed so early in life because it helped give her the tools to be proactive.

After joining one of Caitlin's group fertility classes Kali was the first to get pregnant! She conceived on a cycle longer than the "typical" 28 days and it resulted in a healthy baby!
