In Episode 97 I tell the story of a recent spiritual vision I had that showed me how my rigidity, which was borne out of trauma, has been impeding my flow. The power goes out during this live broadcast and I talk about how this unexpected event is part of the message of this particular episode. We discuss how fear of vulnerability leads to rigidity and what kind of trauma causes us to try to protect ourselves in this way. This meditation is a guided visualization of the rigidity we are holding in our energetic bodies that invites us to step into flow through movement and the "drilling" out of space within our rigid confines.

In Episode 92 we talk about how "going back to normal" is problematic because it implies living in the past, which no longer exists, as well as the idea that there is such a thing as normal. Change is constant, so how do we create space in our lives to allow for that change to be less disruptive? I talk about recent events that helped show me how spacious we can be when we embrace change and let go of our old ways of thinking and being. This meditation is intended to bring you out of the mental space back into the body, then invite your energy to expand beyond the body into the space around you (and perhaps even further). We fill our expanded space with love and light, then allow for some sound to seal this practice.
