In this episode we recommend a few wines to have as an alternative to beer this summer. One of them is close to tasting like beer and is great with fish and chips! The wines we try are a 2016 Tyrrell’s VAT 1 Semillon, Hunter Valley, NSW ( @tyrrellswines7111 ) ($55 from @FirstChoiceLiquor ) as well as a Riddoch Elgin’s Crossing Sparkling Shiraz NV, Coonawarra, SA ($23 from @DanMurphysLiquor ). Trent also discusses $50,000 wines from Burgundy, Jason provides an overview of Semillon and why it grows so well in Hunter Valley, and Trent shares a recent wine he drank in Hong Kong a 2011 Château Lynch-Bages, Pauillac, Bordeaux, France
