- Follow the "Glimmers": Train your brain to stop looking for triggers and start looking for glimmers—tiny moments of safety and joy (the smell of coffee, a wagging tail, a kind text). Let them land for 10 seconds.
- Be a Seedling: When a flower grows slowly, we don't yell at it; we water it. If you have a low-energy day, tell yourself, "I am not failing; I am just watering the soil."

- "My energy is renewable and abundant."
- "I trust the timing of my life."
