1. U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is at the EAA's Airventure show up in Oshkosh right now. We're just 20 minutes away from Duffy making a major announcement with the Federal Aviation Administration. The FAA Administrator will join him. The U.S. Department of Transportation tells us the FAA will remove some restrictions that will "unleash innovation" within the small plane sector of aviation. That announcement is set for 12:30 today.

2. Target is ending a policy that allowed customers to match prices with its competitors. Beginning July 28th, Target will no longer price match with places like Amazon and Walmart. One of the issues Target is facing: Shoppers are increasingly prioritizing value and basics, which has benefited competitors. Customers report a decline in the quality of the shopping experience, citing issues with product selection, store upkeep, and customer service. Price matching with other retailers is off the table, but if prices are lower on Target.com, than they are in-store, customers would get the lower price, in other words, Target will continue to match prices with itself.

3. Deep Thought is now up for auction! You can now bid on the abandoned boat that became a local spectacle along Milwaukee's lakefront. The auction went LIVE at nine this morning at GOV-DEALS-DOT-COM. It runs through Tuesday, August 5th. An out-of-town couple ran out of gas and grounded the boat earlier this year. It was stuck for months ultimately leaving the county to figure out what to do with it. Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley today on the decision to put the boat up for auction. The County is hoping to get 20-thousand dollars for the boat. It's being sold "As-Is" with the graffiti and all. 23 people have already put in a bid. It's up to 775 dollars right now. The winning bidder is responsible for removing the boat from the tow lot where it sits now.

Police in La Crosse are looking for a young woman who went missing near the Mississippi River. 22-year-old Eliotte Heinz was last seeing walking along Front Street in La Crosse just before 3:30 Sunday morning. Her friends and family helped with a search this morning. Heinz is 5-4, 120 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and jean shorts.

2. President Trump has threatened, on social media, that he will delay plans for a new stadium in Washington - that would be the home for the Washington Commanders - unless the team changes its name back to the Washington Redskins. The old name is considered offensive to the Native American population, and the team has had the name since 2022.

ABC News Correspondent Jim Ryan talks about how the search for victims of the Independence Day flash flood in Central Texas has entered its third week. As the grim task continues, officials have adjusted their estimates of the number of people whose remains might still be found. The Kerr County Flood Disaster Joint Information Center says that only three individuals remain missing. Meanwhile, 134 people are confirmed dead across six Texas counties from the 4th of July disaster.

1. We now know the date Beginning January 27th of next year Southwest will begin assigning seats on board. The change comes amid recent announcements that it will do away with open seating plus is now charging for checked bags and will have an extra legroom area up front. Southwest says beginning July 29th customers will be able to choose their assigned seat for flights taking off beginning January 27th. Southwest says different bundles will be offered some that allow you to choose your seat assignment when booking a ticket.

2. Move over LAX! Hold my beer O'Hare! The Busiest airport in the World this week is Whittman Airport in Oshkosh. The EAA Airventure the world's largest gathering of aviation enthusiasts is underway and runs through July 27th.

3. According to a new study, the earlier a child receives a smartphone, the worse their mental health may be. The study didn't prove a cause-and-effect but showed that there may be a connection. This research study looked at 100-thousand individuals who they surveyed, who were 18-24 years old. They asked them, when didn you get a smartphone, and they asked them about a whole host of mental health symptoms. And they found that those who had a smartphone before the age of 13, had worse mental health outcomes. And by that we mean they reported more suicidal thoughts, more feelings of aggression, more feelings of detachment from reality, and hallucinations.
