ABC News Correspondent Jim Ryan talks about how dozens of parents who sent their kids off to summer camps along the scenic Guadalupe River in the Texas Hill Country are now planning funerals for those same children. Extreme rainfall early Friday sent the river and others around the state out of their banks, washing away homes, vehicles and campgrounds filled with kids and counselors. As the death toll creeps closer to 100, President Trump has signed a Major Disaster Declaration to help with relief and recovery efforts.

1. We're now getting details about who died in the devastating flooding in Texas over the weekend. At least 90 people are now confirmed dead. The victims include a 68-year-old camp director, an Alabama elementary student away for the summer, a grandparent who was reported missing while on her way to work, and a 21-year-old who was staying at a cabin with three of her friends.

2. Search and Rescue efforts continue today in central Texas after massive flooding claimed the lives of at least 80 people. Kerrville, Texas, city manager Dalton Rice offers an update on the search for victims. 18 miles northwest of Kerrville is Camp Mystic, a Christian Girls Camp hosting 750 young ladies. According to the Camp's website, Camp Mystic is grieving the loss of 27 campers and counselors; 10 additional campers remain missing. President Trump plans to visit the flood ravaged areas later this week.

3. Are Americans in a shopping mood? We'll find out this week when Amazon launches its Prime Week and other retailers like Target, Walmart, and Best Buy hold their own discount events. Adobe Analytics estimates U.S. retailers will bring in a record number of online sales over the next few days because Prime week is twice as long this year. 28 percent sales growth is expected compared to last year. It's expected that sales of back-to-school items will be strong, along with computers, clothing, TVs, appliances, and even food.

The family's efforts are the subject of a new reality TV series, "Betting on Beloit," which will premiere on A&E on July 12th.

1. A Pewaukee native accused of killing his three young daughters may be placed on the "Top 15 Most Wanted List." A U.S. Marshals Service representative says there's been some discussion about putting Travis Decker on the list, but it hasn't happened yet. Meanwhile, the U.S. Marshals Service is investigating a possible sighting of Decker. A family camping in the "Sawtooth National Forest" in Idaho says they saw a man who looked like Travis Decker. It’s been more than a month now since Decker first went missing. Investigators say Decker kidnapped his three daughters then suffocated them in Washington State. The girls were just five, eight, and nine. The family noted the man they saw in the vast Idaho forest had black gauged earrings, a long ponytail, and an overgrown beard and mustache. He was also wearing a Black Garmin watch and had a black JanSport backpack. The family said the man didn’t want to make eye contact with them. I talked with the U.S. Marshal's Service before the show today a rep tells me there's been some discussion about putting Decker on the "Top 15 Most Wanted" list, but he's not on yet.

2. He can't run for President, but he can organize the creation of a new political party and according to his X account, he has. The America Party, formed by Elon Musk, aims to give freedom back to the American people. This comes amid a public disagreement with President Donald Trump over his tax and spending bill. President Trump is not a believer in the idea saying that Musk has gone off the rails and become a train wreck in the last 5 weeks. As a foreign-born U.S. citizen, Musk cannot run for president, but he can support third-party candidates, who can put themselves on the ballot in every state.

3. Search and rescue efforts are still underway in Texas right now, three days after flash flooding devastated communities along the Guadalupe River. At least 87 people are now confirmed dead, including 27 campers and a counselor. Dozens of people are still missing. During a news conference today, the city manager in Kerrville, Texas said volunteers are still needed.
