1. Taking off your shoes at the airport could become a thing of the past! The Transportation Security Administration has started phasing out the "no shoes" rule at airport security. Passengers like the new development! Travelers with TSA PreCheck already didn't have to remove their footwear. The no-shoes rule was implemented across the country back in 2006. Years before that, a British man who became known as the "shoe bomber" tried to blow up an American Airlines flight from Paris to Miami, with hidden explosives in his shoes. Thank goodness it didn't work.

2. In Texas, the search goes on for those missing including 10-girls and a counselor from Camp Mystic, an all-girls Christian camp that was washed away in the devastating flood that has claimed the lives of more than 100 people.

3. A key ruling today from the Wisconsin Supreme Court. It was a 4 to 3 ruling from the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Conversion therapy has been banned in 23 states and the District of Columbia. This ruling also has a broader impact, beyond just conversion therapy, it gives the governor more power over how state laws are enacted.

Four days after the deluge, the hope of finding anyone alive is fading. Meanwhile, a debate rages over the warnings, or lack of warnings, that preceded the pre-dawn disaster.

1. Right off the bat, we want to get you the latest on the search and rescue mission in Texas. The death toll has now surpassed 100. At least 105 people are dead across six counties, after catastrophic flooding over the weekend. Dozens of the dead are kids. Hope is fading fast that crews will find survivors at this point. About two dozen people are still missing. Search teams include 20 state agencies and hundreds of volunteers.

2. The long-standing requirement for most air travelers to take off their shoes as part of the security screening process is being phased out. But it's not a nationwide policy just yet, the change is being implemented gradually. It's recommended to check with your specific airport for the most up-to-date information on their security procedures before your trip. The policy started in 2006, after authorities stopped a man who tried to carry an explosive device in his shoe. Passengers with TSA Pre Check, no changes here, you've been able to keep your shoes on for years.

3. The Trump Administration just announced a seven-point plan to secure U.S. farmland and farmers from 'bad actors' abroad. The "farm security plan" aims to ban nations like China from having a stake in farming or farming production. AG Secretary Brooke Rollins says she's already canceled several contracts with foreign entities. In a nutshell, you have the Trump administration out with a new plan to protect our farms from foreign threats.

Camp Mystic, a Christian Girls Camp, was hosting 750 young ladies. According to the Camp's website, Camp Mystic is grieving the loss of 27 campers and counselors; 10 additional campers remain missing. How is the community coming together?

1. A Pewaukee native accused of killing his three young daughters may be placed on the "Top 15 Most Wanted List." A U.S. Marshals Service representative says there's been some discussion about putting Travis Decker on the list, but it hasn't happened yet. Meanwhile, the U.S. Marshals Service is investigating a possible sighting of Decker. A family camping in the "Sawtooth National Forest" in Idaho says they saw a man who looked like Travis Decker. It’s been more than a month now since Decker first went missing. Investigators say Decker kidnapped his three daughters then suffocated them in Washington State. The girls were just five, eight, and nine. The family noted the man they saw in the vast Idaho forest had black gauged earrings, a long ponytail, and an overgrown beard and mustache. He was also wearing a Black Garmin watch and had a black JanSport backpack. The family said the man didn’t want to make eye contact with them. I talked with the U.S. Marshal's Service before the show today a rep tells me there's been some discussion about putting Decker on the "Top 15 Most Wanted" list, but he's not on yet.
