1. Honoring the victims killed in a shooting that shocked the country. There's a candlelight vigil tonight at the Minnesota State Capitol to remember Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark. Lawmakers and the public will gather to remember the couple. The two were killed over the weekend, in what investigators are calling a "political assassination." They were shot and killed at their home in the middle of the night. The man accused of their killings, Vance Boelter, faces federal and state charges. Boelter is also accused of shooting Senator John Hoffman and his wife. They survived. The candlelight vigil for the Hortmans will start at 8 tonight on the steps of the Minnesota Capitol. There will be no speakers at the event, but Minnesota Governor Tim Walz plans to attend.

2. Despite an urging from the President, interest rates are staying put. The decision comes against the backdrop of President Trump's trade war. Fed Chair Jerome Powell is expected to keep rates steady despite growing pressure from the president to lower rates. At the last update in March, the committee indicated the equivalent of two quarter-percentage-point reductions this year, which is in line with current market pricing.

3. Less than 24 hours after we told you Kraft Heinz would stop using artificial dyes, another big food company, General Mills, is following suit.

1. A new journey starts today for a Milwaukee teacher’s aide who self-deported to El Salvador on Tuesday. Yessenia Ruano left Milwaukee after ICE denied her request to remain here in the states, while her Visa application was pending. She took her twin daughters with her. Milwaukee Public Schools Superintendent Brenda Cassellius tells WTMJ she doesn't hear directly from staff members who are concerned about deportation, but she understands the impact. ICE officials said Ruano did not warrant a "favorable exercise of discretion.” Numerous members of the Milwaukee Common Council tell us Ruano didn't have a criminal record or any other issues. She came to the U.S. trying to get away from violence and looking for a better life. They argue if Ruano doesn't deserve favorable discretion, who does?

2. A cause of death is yet to be determined for Food Network star Anne Burrell who died in her Brooklyn home Tuesday at the age of 55, but a representative for the NYC Fire Department tells TMZ the person who called 911 told the operator "Anne went into cardiac arrest". Burrell was best known for her Food Network fame, getting her start on "Iron Chef America", then getting her own show, that ran for nine seasons called "Worst Cooks in America". Fans also knew Burrell for her short, spiky hair, bleached hair.

3. Federal health officials may soon drop their recommended limits for drinking alcohol. The current U.S. dietary guidelines say women should have no more than one drink a day, and men should have no more than two. The new guidelines will likely not recommend any specific number but simply encourage Americans to drink in moderation. It would be a big change, months after former Surgeon General Vivek Murthy called for warning labels on alcoholic drinks about the possible cancer risks.

ABC News Correspondent Jordana Miller talks about how Israel says it killed a top Iranian general as its sweeping assault on Iran’s top military leaders, nuclear scientists, uranium enrichment sites and ballistic missile program is necessary to prevent Iran from getting any closer to building an atomic weapon. This as President Trump left the G7 summit in Canada a day early to deal with the conflict between Israel and Iran, telling reporters on Air Force One during the flight back to Washington: “I’m not looking at a ceasefire. We’re looking at better than a ceasefire.” Later, Trump posted on social media that the U.S. knows where Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, is hiding but doesn't want him killed "for now." Trump urged Iran's "unconditional surrender" as the five-day conflict continues to escalate.
