1. It was "Guilty.... guilty... guilty... guilty." The jury finds 34-year-old Maxwell Anderson guilty on ALL four counts... in the killing and dismemberment of 19-year-old Sade Robinson of Milwaukee. We talked with prominent defense attorney Jonathan Smith as the verdict was coming in. He wasn't entirely surprised by the decision. Smith said the defense did what they could with the evidence. It took the jury less than an hour to hand down the guilty verdict. Anderson's defense attorney Anthony Cotton said he wasn't surprised by the speed. He said it shouldn't take people days and days to know where they stand when presented with the evidence in this case.

2. Reaction from the Robinson family. Sade Robinson's family will never fully get justice, but today's guilty verdict is a step in the right direction.

3. We're now hearing from the ex-wife of the Pewaukee native accused of killing his three young daughters in Washington state. Those girls were her daughters too. Their little bodies were found near a campground. Through her attorney, the mother said she's focused on improving the Amber Alert System and providing adequate mental healthcare to veterans. Meanwhile, investigators say they're following some new leads in the desperate search for Travis Decker. Decker was also diagnosed with borderline personality disorder after leaving active service. Police believe the girls died from asphyxiation. They were just five, eight, and nine.

We were chatting with prominent local defense attorney Jonathan Smith as the verdict was coming in. We got his immediate reaction. Smith says the defense did what they could with the evidence, but the state had a pretty strong case. After the verdict was handed down, Anderson's defense attorney Anthony Cotton addressed the speed in which the jury deliberated. Anderson's family was not in the courtroom today. Cotton says he texted Anderson's dad with the guilty verdict. The victim's family was in court.

2. Yes, Robinson's family has been a constant in that courtroom throughout the trial. Robinson's mother, Sheena, knows she'll never get her daughter back, but the guilty verdict provides some relief. Outside of the courtroom today she asked that people remember her family and live like Sade would have. While the verdict is in the process is not over. Both families will now focus on sentencing. Anderson's sentencing hearing is set for August 15th.

1. Chilling testimony today in the Maxwell Anderson trial in Milwaukee. We heard from one of Anderson's ex-girlfriends. The 34-year-old is accused of killing and dismembering 19-year-old Sade Robinson after a first date in April 2024. The state's first witness today was Chloe Wright. She dated Anderson for more than a year. Wright testified about a "secret beach" Anderson knew of where they could hang out and they did, more than a handful of times. She didn't know the name of it then, but she does now. Warnimont Park in Cudahy is where Robinson's first remains showed up.

2. Prosecutors in the investigation of the murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson have newly released journal entries they say were written by the suspect, Luigi Mangione. The prosecutors say that he allegedly outlines his plot and motivation for the shooting.
