1. Surveillance video is now in play in the Maxwell Anderson trial in Milwaukee. This is day six of testimony. The 34-year-old is accused of killing and dismembering 19-year-old Sade Robinson after a first date in April 20-24. The first person to testify today was the state's last witness yesterday: Detective Jake Pusch-nig of the Milwaukee Police Department. Detective Puschnig investigated Robinson's disappearance. On the stand today, he described video showing Robinson and Anderson leaving Duke's on Water, the second bar they went to after Twisted Fisherman. The detective said the two were at Duke's for more than two hours. Then they left and drove off in Robinson's car. The State also called the managing partner of Duke's on Water to the stand today. Tim Sluga testified, he knew Maxwell Anderson in a "social capacity", having been a patron of the bar for 20 years before taking ownership. Sluga said he remembered seeing Robinson and Anderson at the bar the night of their first date and there was nothing odd. Robinson's remains would later be found scattered across Milwaukee County and the lakeshore in Waukegan, Illinois.

ABC News Investigative Reporter Peter Charalambous talks about how a former personal assistant who accuses Sean Diddy Combs of rape testified Monday that she continued sending the hip-hop mogul loving messages for years after her job ended in 2017 because she was “brainwashed.” The woman, testifying under the pseudonym “Mia,” pushed back at defense lawyer Brian Steel’s suggestions that she fabricated her claims to cash in on “the #MeToo money grab against Sean Combs.”

1. Into the home of Maxwell Anderson. That's where the jury was taken today through pictures and testimony. The 34-year-old is accused of killing and dismembering 19-year-old Sade Robinson after a first date in Milwaukee in April 20-24. Detective Kayla Bjerke with the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office took the stand today. She's one of the many investigators who searched Anderson's home. Detective Bjerke also testified that they found two knives in Anderson's bedroom. She said investigators found the shirt Anderson was wearing on his first date with Robinson in the dryer in the basement. But she also said they never found the clothing or tan backpack Anderson was wearing in surveillance video showing him near the spot where Robinson's car was burned out.

2. The Milwaukee Common Council is scheduled to consider final approval for the proposed Moxy Hotel project in the Deer District today. The hotel would live at the site of the former Bradley Center. The hotel would be a 7-story, 156-room hotel with a projected cost of $50 million, to be built near the FPC Live venue. The hotel's zoning request has already been recommended for approval by the Common Council's Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee. Moxy Hotels are different: Described as a boutique hotel with the heart of a hostel. There's no check-in desk...you check in at the bar.

3. Wisconsin’s first large-scale energy 'storage' project is now serving customers. It's called "Paris Solar-Battery Park." It's in Kenosha County and is now powering the energy grid with “sunshine after sunset.” The battery portion of the park went online this month. The solar portion of the project went into service in December. The storage facility is made up of batteries capable of powering more than 130-thousand homes for four hours. On sunny days, the batteries store excess power, and release it at night, or in the early morning when the sun is not shining.

Prosecution asks if this was the last known video of Robinson, Puschnig says yes. Prosecutor then asks: does that suggest something nefarious happened after the bar? Puschnig says yes. State now calls third witness of the morning, Tim Sluga. Sluga is the managing partner of Dukes on Water as of April 1, 2024. Sluga says he was a patron of the bar for 20 years before taking ownership. He describes knowing Maxwell Anderson even before then, in a social capacity. Sluga says he remembers seeing Robinson and Anderson at the bar 4/1/2024. Anderson congratulated Sluga on taking over the bar.

2. Mohamed Soliman faces 16 charges of attempted murder and a hate crime charge in the attack on the demonstration of a Jewish group in Boulder, Colorado. Soliman was born in Egypt and lived in Kuwait for 17 years before moving to Colorado Springs three years ago with his wife and five kids. The FBI is currently processing evidence seized from his home. His next court hearing is scheduled for Thursday. 12 people were injured in the attack and 2 remain in critical condition at an area hospital.

3. An Air Quality Advisory is in effect for ALL of Wisconsin right now. It started just minutes ago and will last until noon tomorrow. The air quality is expected to drop to the "unhealthy level." The cause: Smoke from more than 100 wildfires burning in Canada. It's affecting the air quality in other states as well. We also have storms in the forecast--- arriving later this afternoon. So, hopefully that will help with our air quality here. In the meantime, adjust outdoor plans accordingly, especially if you have a respiratory condition or use an inhaler.
