Starms Early Childhood Education Center and LaFollette School remain closed. The district also revealed an updated plan to take care of the old paint in the aging school. That’s what officials suspect is the cause of elevated blood lead levels in some students this year. The new plan will start with a visual inspection of each building… that school will then get a risk classification. Additional testing will take place at schools deemed a higher risk.
