1. A Milwaukee County circuit judge arrested. FBI Director Kash Patel says his agents arrested Judge Hannah Dugan on “obstruction charges”. Judge Dugan is accused of helping an undocumented immigrant “evade arrest”. Patel says they believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from a man subject to be arrested in her courtroom. The man was still arrested a short time later. Patel says FBI agents chased the man down and he's been in custody since. remain closed for lead remediation: LaFollette and Starms Early Childhood Center.

2. The WIAA approves Name, Image, & Likeness opportunities for high school athletes. WIAA member schools voting 293-108 in favor of the provision one year after a similar proposal was voted down. The provision allows high school athletes to enter NIL deals, so long as they don't wear their team uniform or use school logos in an advertisement. There are also strict guidelines on what can and cannot be promoted. The NIL changes are expected to take effect in May.

3. An evening unlike any other in the history of Titletown. An incredible scene in Green Bay and an eruption from the pro Packers crowd when Mark Murphy announced the Packers pick on night one of the NFL Draft. 205,000 football fans in attendance for night one of the Draft, according to a league official. Rounds two and three are happening tonight, the Packers have one selection in each round, and a drone show will cap the evening.

1. Thousands of football fans are in Green Bay for the NFL Draft. Round one begins at 7:00 tonight. The Packers currently own 8 picks...that's the fewest amount since 2019. ESPN-Wisconsin's Jason Wilde doesn't anticipate GM Brian Gutekunst moving up from pick number 23. If the Packers hold on to pick number 23, expect that pick to come down around 10:00 tonight.

2. Fewer Americans are smoking according to a new study but most of us are not doing other things to make ourselves healthy like routine cancer screenings, drinking less alcohol, and getting enough exercise. Obesity rates have been steadily increasing in the US, with significant rises in the prevalence of obesity among children and adolescents. A combination of factors, including unhealthy diets, lack of physical activity, and socioeconomic disparities, contribute to the rising rates of obesity.

3. Americans have just two weeks left to comply with the new Real ID requirement. But many people are finding it's nearly impossible to get an appointment weeks before the change. If you go to Wisconsin's DMV webpage today, you'll see a big alert at the top that notes our state is also seeing more customers visiting DMV service centers right now. To save time, it suggests going online. Many people can renew their driver's license online. Go to the DMV website to see if you qualify.

1. The NFL's smallest market gets the biggest spotlight tonight. The time has finally arrived for Green Bay, Wisconsin to host the 2025 NFL draft. Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy tells WTMJ he credits the city landing the draft to a major development just north of Lambeau Field. The Tennessee Titans have the first pick. The Green Bay Packers... have the 23rd pick in the first round. Miami quarterback Cam Ward is expected to go at the number one spot.

2. How does one remove an abandoned boat bogged down with sand and water weighing an estimated 25,000 pounds? The boat has been stuck between McKinley and Bradford after the Coast Guard said the captain ran out of gas, that was in December. The owner of the salvage company removing the Milwaukee Boat tells Wisconsin’s Morning News that the Milwaukee Art Museum is interested in it.

3. The heads of some of the largest retailers in the U.S. met with President Trump... and gave him a warning. They told the President his tariffs could lead to empty shelves at big box stores. Small businesses are likely to feel an even bigger impact. President Trump met with the CEOs of Walmart, Target, and Home Depot.
