The victim’s attorney filed the motion to conceal this evidence – which is video of the incident that lead to the initial address. So, will the court motion be denied? If it’s accepted, will the NFL ever see the evidence as an employer? Kirsten Hildebrand, head attorney at Hildebrand Law Firm joins the program to discuss this process, and what other rules that could either allow the NFL to view the video, or not be allowed to view it at all.

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs is back in Brown County court as a judge considers a request to permanently seal evidence connected to his criminal case.

The request includes surveillance video from the May incident involving Jacobs and his former girlfriend—evidence the NFL has reportedly sought as it continues reviewing the case under its personal conduct policy.

Jacobs pleaded no contest earlier this month to misdemeanor battery and criminal damage to property. He remains on the NFL Commissioner’s Exempt List and is set to miss another Packers game while his league status remains unresolved.
