Professor Stanley Krippner is a pioneer in the study of consciousness, emphasizing cross-cultural perspectives and non-ordinary experiences that question mainstream paradigms. He is a prolific author and researcher on dreaming, psychedelics, creativity, shamanism, parapsychology, and trauma, and a recipient of numerous awards in multidisciplinary fields A fellow in five APA Divisions and past president of two, he holds positions as Affiliated Distinguished Faculty at the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Fellow of the Institute of Noetic Science.
