 新的一年，我也希望继续学习日语、坚持健身，让《5分钟中文》在中文学习的路上继续陪伴大家。

In this episode of 5-Minute Chinese, I look back on my experiences in 2025 and share some of my thoughts and plans for 2026. From traveling in Japan and China to returning to teaching, studying, and everyday life in the U.S., this episode is a personal reflection on the past year.
In the new year, I plan to continue learning Japanese and staying consistent with fitness, and I hope 5-Minute Chinese can keep accompanying you on your Chinese learning journey.

今天想跟大家聊一个可能让大家觉得有点意外的话题，那就是中国的肥胖问题。不知道大家对中国人的体型有什么印象？我觉得在很多人的印象里，中国人好像和肥胖这个词没什么关系。

大家觉得中国人的饮食挺健康的，每顿饭都有各种蔬菜，食物的含糖量也不高，再加上中国人平时爱去公园溜达，日常出行也经常使用公共交通工具，运动量应该不算小。所以很多人觉得中国没有那种社会性的肥胖问题。

但是现实不是这样的。

我最近看到中国青年网 2024 年的一篇文章，里面援引了一份中国官方报告。这份报告显示，按 BMI 计算，中国成年人的超重和肥胖率加起来已经超过了 50%。也就是说，每两个中国成年人里就有一个体重超标。具体来说，18 岁及以上的中国居民的超重率是 34.3%，肥胖率是 16.4%。随着中国经济的发展，肥胖率也成增长的态势。据《柳叶刀》杂志预测，到 2030 年，中国超重或肥胖的人数可能达到 7.89 亿。这已经不是个人的健康问题，而是一个社会问题了。

那为什么中国会产生这样的肥胖问题呢？我觉得最主要的原因就是发展。

中国改革开放以后快速的城市化，导致大城市的生活节奏非常快。大家工作很忙，没时间买菜做饭，甚至都没时间好好地吃一顿营养均衡的饭。那在这种条件下，各种快餐就大行其道了。而且中国的外卖真的是又快又方便。从下单到送达，最快可能 10 分钟都到不了，又省时间又省事，所以很多人长期拿外卖当饭吃。要是外卖健康还好，但是外卖一般都是重油重盐，对身体并不好。

说到这里，我想说，除了油盐的问题，中餐其实不一定像大家想的那么健康。其中一个原因就是中餐是以碳水为主的，跟西方以蛋白质为主不一样。中餐有时候看不到什么蛋白质，蔬菜也没那么多，米饭和面条才是大头。这种吃法虽然能很快给人带来饱腹感和心理上的满足感，但是也很容易导致血糖波动，卡路里超标，从而引起肥胖。

另一方面就是运动不足。虽然中国很多人会走路去公交站、地铁站，但是除此之外，很多中国人现在也是开车通勤。而且一旦开始工作，从早到晚基本都是坐在桌子前办公。

久坐不动容易导致代谢减慢，脂肪堆积，再随口吃点高热量零食就更容易发胖了。

所以总的来说，我个人觉得中国的肥胖问题其实是一种现代化病，现代生活的便利也同时导致了中国肥胖率的持续增加。
