A 40 minute yoga class of slow active restoratives. We mostly focus on three poses, a shoulder opener, a twist, and a restorative backbend.
With attention and detail, we will unstick the shoulder blades, move into a twist and a backbend, practice neck awareness, softening the chest, and feeling a tone in the lower belly.
You can have a single block and blanket handy for class.
Sarah Baumert has been teaching movement since 2006. She is a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist and Feldenkrais practitioner. This podcast is an intersection of her yoga teaching and training in the Feldenkrais® method.
