In this episode, I interviewed Dr. Joseph Morrow, a clinical psychologist practicing on the central coast of California. We spoke about his work as a staff psychologist within a maximum security forensic state hospital in CA., where he also serves at the chair of their Suicide Prevention Committee. In this discussion, we focused on the history of trauma with patients at the hospital, the crossover between trauma and mental illness, and the need to provide trauma-informed care, where yoga has a key role.
