In this episode, I interviewed Sheridan Ruth. Sheridan is a yoga and trauma therapist specializing in supporting entrepreneurs to increase profit and decrease anxiety. While there are a lot of 'trauma-informed' and 'body-based practitioner' coaches in the industry, none of them do it by merging body-based tools, the nervous system AND business strategy, except for Sheridan.
During the podcast, Sheridan shared how she developed her approach and how she is helping entrepreneurs combine the nervous system with business strategy to increase profit and decrease anxiety - even when traditional methods haven’t worked.

In this episode, I interviewed 3 Inner Peace Yoga Therapy students or alumni: Sara Hall, Sarah Martin, and Julie Williams. We dove into some of the work they’ve done, including a recent paper published on the implementation of a clinic-based yoga program for chronic pain. We also discussed the distinction between pursuing a career as a yoga therapist within a medical setting with a formal degree, compared to establishing a yoga therapy practice without a medical qualification.
