Nic Hyl is the founder and creative director of New York’s newest emerging swimwear and lifestyle brand, Nic Hyl. As a lover of travel, fitness, fashion and having previously worked in the fashion industry for brands including Norma Kamali and Ralph Lauren, Nic has taken her experience and expertise, Jamaican roots, and Florida upbringing to create a brand inspired by her love of quality, fashion and a vacation inspired lifestyle.
“It’s the beauty of fashion that I see on a daily basis on New York City streets coupled with my Florida roots and Jamaican culture, that has inspired me to create a swimwear and lifestyle brand, so that fashionable women can translate their personal style to the beach, pool or wherever their lives take them. My goal is to celebrate a wider definition of beauty for every body, everywhere; one uniquely beautiful garment at a time, so that women can feel beautiful in the skin they're in."
– Nic Hyl
Currently, Nic is working on size inclusive styles and modest swimwear for women of all sizes to see themselves represented in their swimwear and lifestyle garment choices. These styles will launch sometime in 2021.

Ina Joseph is a Journalism, Public Relations, and Women Studies graduate from Boston University. While in college, Ina’s activities ranged from directing a competitive dance team to introducing an organization for BIPOC and queer women (a spoken-word performance platform called Yoni Ki Baat) to her university, all while tackling her honors course load and staying engaged in the campus community. Since graduating in May 2020, Ina’s been actively advocating for racial equity in her Northern New Jersey community. After speaking in front of over 300 local residents of her town at a peaceful teach-in in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement, local leadership and school districts have continued consulting with Ina on the importance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Antiracism. In addition to community activism, Ina also uses her communication skills to amplify marginalized voices through her position representing business owners of color at Anika PR, and as editor of L'AMOURZINE - lingerie brand Amour Caché's online magazine for fostering dialogue around women's stories. The diversity of her experiences reflect the diversity of her interests; writing, reading, dancing, advocacy, fashion, amateur cooking and avid Netflix binging are just a few of Ina’s hobbies.

About Natasha Dressler:
My love for writing and all things related to PR (Public Relations) began at the age of 16. I started my own music magazine (a ‘zine called Sugar Cube) and quickly began to use my passion for networking and self-promotion to get record stores to carry my self-published magazine for free. For those of age that remember independent record stores, there were always racks with flyers or self-published magazines, it was a cool labor of love. Marketing, Networking, and Public Relations are in my DNA.
I spent 18+ years in high results, fast-paced industries: Cosmetics, Tech, and within Marketing Agencies. I use my prior learnings from my former industries to help my clients think outside of the box and provide unique solutions for their needs.
