It's time to check yourself before you wreck yourself. We need to be self aware, we may have mastered something but we can change and get better. We need to keep moving, stretching, learning, growing.

This is your friendly reminder that you need to love who you are, where you’ve been and what you’ve done but realize you can do more, be more and that this isn't it. We're not a one hit wonder. We can all keep evolving and changing.

When your ego is in check you are more apt to listen to others, to grow, to adapt. When your ego takes over, you hit a ceiling. You stop.

Don't forget, your ego is not your amigo.
