President Trump addressed the nation last night to update Americans on the war with Iran, but it’s what he didn’t say that’s making headlines.  Trump didn’t reference negotiations, or give any indication of an exit strategy, only saying the war was “nearing completion.”  He also made no mention of the looming deadline he put in place for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.  After Trump’s speech, stock market futures fell and oil prices rose.
