And they all went out in the last crash, right? They went out in 2017, or 2002 1009. Well, real estate wasn’t an asset class back in 2000 789. Real Estate also didn’t have big tech, big capital involved in the industry, and with unlimited pockets. And that’s really what’s happening today. So today, what we’re stuck doing is forcing ourselves to sort of out brand out market, we have to get to the lead first. And what we’re going to focus on today is how this dude is doing just that he is a real estate investor.
