Feedback is an integral part of the growth and evolution process. It's one of the most important ingredients to making improvements, progressing towards your goals, and ultimately creating a life where you feel like you "have it all".

But it's also an area where many people struggle, because receiving feedback can be tough (especially to our egos). The best feedback coming from a loving, healthy source, means little to nothing if we take it personally and never do anything with the information.
